Notification
Notification Templates:
Target LMS supports personalized notification templates. You can define customized notification templates and assign them to a related process so the system will send the notification automatically when a process is done. For example, when an instructor receives a new support ticket, will receive a notification.
You will find two fields there:
Title: The title will be used as a notification title in the user panel and the emails that will be sent to the user (All of the notifications will be sent to the user email in addition to the notification center of the script.)
Message body: The message body will contain the notification message text. The message body can include the text and the notification tags that are available at the top of the notification template page. You can use data tags to create a clear and understandable notification template.
When a notification template is created, it can be assigned to a process from the script settings.
Assigning a notification template to a process:
To assign a notification template to a process, navigate to the “Admin panel/ Settings/ Notifications” and select a template for each process.
Note: You should define notification templates first. (How to)
Send a customized notification:
All of the notifications will be sent to the recipient email in addition to the notifications menu in the user panel so you can use the notification feature for sending promotional emails to the users.
To send a promotional notification, navigate to the “Admin panel/ CRM section/ Notifications/ New” and set the required information, and send your message. You can also select the recipients from the related dropdown. If you want to send a notification to a custom list, you can create a user group and assign users to that group.
Note: Please consider your hosting/server specifications and limitations for sending emails to prevent spamming emails.
